LUCINDA KELLY currently works in Eircom, looking after one of the country's biggest websites eircom.net.
She studied French in UCD and spent quite some time in education saying she wasn't ready to start work straight away. Not only has she a BA, she has also studied in the Smurfit Graduate School of Business. An avid equestrian, Lucinda's best life moment so far was winning the Dublin Horse Show 'Connemara Class' with her horse Jack. In fact she loves horses so much she set up the website www.connemaraponyworld.com

Lucinda has said she likes getting her way and will fight her corner until she convinces others she is right.
Lucinda has shown to be a strong character so far. She led the girl's team to a second win in the second task and is proving to be a strong contender.

HIGH: Team leader on the winning team for the second task.

LOW: No plan for budget, not even a pen and paper!

HIGH: Showed excellent directing skills while making the Meteor TV advert.

HIGH: Complemented for engaging with the audience in her presentation.
LOW: Was not prepared for some of the industry questions which made her look uncomfortable.

HIGH: Despite typos, she did do a good job of handling all the packaging on her own.
LOW: Typos her downfall.

HIGH: PM on the winning task. Great people skills and managed her team well.

LOW: Fired on the 10th task - messed up her task and accused of being too nice.
