RUTH O'DOWD is a Marketing Manager.
She is originally from Cavan and is a self confessed adrenalin junkie, loving the high she gets from both physical activity and mental challenges. Ruth loves to travel and has been around the world a couple of times finally landing in New Zealand where she worked for a while for Unilever. A highlight of her travels was seeing the sun come up over Machu Picchu.

Ruth is coming across as experienced and organised. She has already lead her team to winning the first task. She is one of the stronger girls in the competition.
Episode 1:
HIGH: Won her first task while being project manager.
Episode 3:
LOW: Brought back into the boardroom and seemed slightly emotional

LOW: Spent hours running around B & Q like a headless chicken
Episode 5:
LOW: Appeared to do nothing only ask permission for filming in one location. Very weak.

LOW: Did a terrible job on the budget, forgot a large sum of the V.A.T.

HIGH: Got on with Aoiffe in the task - what an achievement.
LOW: If her presentation had been any more boring the audience would have fallen asleep.

LOW: Fired on task 8. Just couldn't get those figures right.
