Apprentice Candidates
STEPHEN HIGGINS is an Entrepreneur, training people in the run up to their wedding.
He is from Galway, plays rugby and is such a sports enthusiast he decided to make it his income.
Cups of tea are not for Stephen, he'd much rather a Red Bull to keep him going. He feels if you can you should go to university straight after school. In fact he says if he'd made all the mistakes he made at university in a work environment he'd never have got a job - university helps you to mature.

Stephen can certainly talk the talk, but will have to improve on walking the walk as he has already faced Bill in the boardroom. So far he has shown a very competitive nature.
