Although Steve went to University he believes it to be a waste of time and is an advocate of getting stuck in straight away. He feels you need to be in a job where you are learning and gaining vital experience. Steve is originally from the UK but moved to Ireland a few years ago to care for his grandparents in Cork. His favourite colour is red although he is colour blind, but he reckons this has something to do with his football teams being Cork and Middlesborough F.C. - both wearing red.
Steve feels that he never had any business mentor and is not the most academically gifted but makes up for that with a degree in common sense.
Steve is definitely one of the stronger male candidates. He impressed in the first task however has become a little quieter of late. Maybe it is part of his strategy?
