Terms & Conditions - New York City trip in conjunction with Samsung.
- The Win a Trip to New York City Competition is exclusive to purchasers of the special Apprentice mobile offer featuring the Samsung Jet and the Samsung Tocco Lite.
- Entry to the competition is dependent on such purchase, online registration on the competition entry page under 'Win a Trip to NYC' on website www.apprenticeunseen.ie and correct answering of the question therein.
- Entry is also dependent on full completion of the entry page, including details as to your mobile and IMEI numbers. Your IMEI number is a 15 digit barcode number on the side of mobile box. You can also find your IMEI number on your mobile underneath the battery or by pressing the following buttons in this order - *#06# (star, hatch, 0,6,hatch).
- One entry only per approved mobile and IMEI number will go forward to final draw. By entering you give your consent to Meteor contacting you in respect of this competition.
- Entries must be completed and received by Meteor between 21/9/09 to 10/1/10 in order to be valid.
- The competition is open to residents in the Republic of Ireland (excluding Northern Ireland) only. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash.
- The winner of the grand prize of a Trip to New York City and other prizes will be determined and notified on 12/1/10. In the event a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, Meteor reserves the right to re-draw such prize. In the event of multiple correct entries, the winners will be chosen at random from all the correct and approved entries.
- Meteor and Samsung reserve the right to publicise the name and photograph of each competition winner. Each competition winner agrees to participate in any publicity, advertising and/or marketing activities that Meteor may require.
- You must be 18 years or over to enter this competition. Winner of the grand prize are required to hold a valid passport to travel to the United States and are responsible for their own eligibility to enter such jurisdiction. By entering this competition entrants will be deemed to have read these rules and agree to be bound by them.
- Meteor reserves the right to vary, cancel or modify the competition or its terms and conditions in whole or part at any time, including alteration of any prize to that of equivalent value. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meteor and Samsung are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to any winner arising from his or her acceptance or use of a prize.
- The grand prize includes flights from Dublin to New York for the winner plus a friend, three nights bed (twin/double room) & breakfast in a four star hotel plus $1,000 spending money. Transfers to and from the airport are not included. Travel excludes Thanksgiving, Christmas, bank holidays and school mid-term breaks. Runner Up prizes consist of two Samsung Netbooks and two Samsung Jet mobiles.
- Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
