The following terms and conditions apply for the Meteor Apprentice site, www.apprenticeunseen.ie (hereinafter the 'Site'). These are in addition to Meteor’s Terms of Site available at http://www.meteor.ie/terms_and_conditions/ and your viewing of, use of and/or registering to use and contribute to the Site shall be bound by, and regarded as acceptance of, such terms. Meteor reserves the right to change the terms and conditions applicable to the Site at any time, without giving prior notice save for reflection herein, and by using the Site subsequent to any revision of our terms and conditions, the Customer hereby agrees to be bound by such changes.

Site Use

The Site is owned and controlled by Meteor. The Site allows Users to, inter alia, communicate and interact with other Users via the blog, view unseen clips from the Apprentice, enter competitions and polls etc,.You agree to use the Site only to post, send and receive messages and material that are appropriate and related to the purpose of the Site. You agree that when using the Site, you will not use or attempt to use the Site for any fraudulent, unlawful, harassing or abusive purpose, or so as to damage or cause risk to our business, reputation, employees, subscribers, facilities, or to any person.

Improper uses include, but are not limited to:
(a) Violating any applicable local, national or international law or regulation or inciting others to contravene or violate any such law or regulation;
(b) Posting or transmitting content you do not have the right to post or transmit;
(c) Posting or transmitting content that infringes a third party's trademark, patent, trade secret, copyright, publicity, privacy, or other right;
(d) Posting or transmitting content that is unlawful, untrue, stalking, harassing, libellous, defamatory, abusive, tortuous, threatening, obscene, hateful, harmful or otherwise objectionable as determined in our sole discretion;
(e) Attempting to intercept, collect or store data about third parties without their knowledge or consent;
(f) Deleting, tampering with or revising any material posted by any other person or entity;
(g) Sending or attempting to send unsolicited messages, including without limitation, promotions or advertisements for products or services, "spam", "chain mail" or "junk mail";
(h) Interfering or attempting to interfere with the access of any user, host or network, including without limitation, sending a 'virus" to the Site, the Meteor network or any Meteor's website, overloading, "flooding," "spamming," "crashing," or "mailbombing" the Site;
(i) Impersonating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity;
(j) Using the Site to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services or to advance any type of financial scam such as "pyramid schemes", "Ponzi schemes", unregistered sales of securities, and securities fraud.

If we suspect violations of any of the above, we may discontinue your access to the Site, and we reserve the right to report to the relevant authorities any submissions/content which it believes to be illegal.

Licence of Content.

Meteor does not claim ownership of the content (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) a User may upload, input or submit to the Site (collectively "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting Meteor, its affiliated companies, a perpetual, royalty free, irrevocable, non exclusive right and license to use, adapt, translate, create derivate works, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Meteor is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time in Meteor’s sole discretion.

The site contains hypertext links to websites not maintained by Meteor. We do not endorse or represent the reliability, accuracy, or quality of any information, goods, service, or products displayed or advertised on such other websites. We do not exercise any control or supervision of content of these linked sites. We shall not be (or be deemed to be) a party to any contract that you may or do enter into with the providers of such goods, services, or products. You are reminded that different terms and conditions of use will apply to you as a user of such websites. Moderation

The Site will be moderated and as a corollary all content and Submissions must be in English only. Meteor reserves the right, at its sole discretion to review content and Submissions submitted by registered users. Furthermore, Meteor reserves the right to edit, modify, accept, reject content or Submissions at any time and for whatever at it sole discretion. Meteor, has the right to terminate User access to the Site temporarily or permanently. No failure to remove particular material constitutes an endorsement or acceptance of it by Us. Content and Submissions by Users may also be removed or destroyed by Meteor, at is sole discretion, for whatever reason. Posting on the forum of this Site is restricted to persons aged 13 years or over. By registering to submit and contribute to the forum, you represent and warrant that you are aged 13 years or over.

Security

Please note that Meteor can not guarantee the privacy or confidentiality of information relating to you that passes over the Internet. In accessing the Site and availing of any of the services/information products available directly or indirectly through the Site, you are deemed by these terms and conditions to accept that electronic mail messaging and Internet communication may not be free from interference by third parties and may not remain confidential.

Severability

These terms and conditions are distinct and severable, and if any term or provision is held unenforceable, illegal or void in whole or in part by any court, regulatory authority or other competent authority it shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of these terms and conditions, and the enforceability, legality and validity of the remainder of the terms and conditions will not be affected.

Disclaimers/ Limitation of Liability

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and Meteor and the User submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.
